Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Angular.
- Design and implement APIs while addressing performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software features aligned with business needs.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on .NET development experience, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core or .NET 6+.
- Experience with Angular version 8 or above.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience building and consuming Web APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Ability to craft effective prompts for software development tasks.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture is preferred.
- Knowledge of application security best practices, including OWASP and secure coding, is preferred.
- Experience with performance tuning and scalability optimization is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-enabled development workflows and productivity measurement practices is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
