Responsibilities

  • Lead solutions architecture discussions with customer technical teams and align business and technical requirements with company solutions.
  • Assess technical feasibility, identify integration risks, and recommend secure and scalable solutions.
  • Review complex implementation problems and provide technical direction and oversight.
  • Design and build integrations, adapters, and extensions in Python for proof-of-concept work and customer implementation support.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on complex technical deals and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical advice to executives, customers, and internal teams.
  • Feed field-observed patterns and product gaps to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
  • Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar on the team.
  • Provide on-call and emergency support and work flexible hours when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of related experience, or an advanced degree and at least 12 years of experience, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with C# and Go is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of API design, cloud architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of the full SDLC, service-oriented architecture, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience designing and building integrations across enterprise applications and third-party services.
  • Experience designing for scalability and security in large, complex environments.
  • Proven ability to advise executives and technical teams and translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
  • Proven experience contributing in Agile environments.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
