Responsibilities
- Enhance computational infrastructure and improve NLP algorithms.
- Manage and curate large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address NLP challenges.
- Incorporate advancements in NLP and Generative AI into the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall Machine Learning experience, with at least three years focused on NLP.
- Proven record of moving at least one NLP model to an enterprise production system.
- Expert in deep neural network models and their deployment.
- Experience in building and maintaining distributed backend services for ML/AI applications.
- Strong grasp of CS fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs and their management.
- Hands-on experience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
