Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Define and track SLIs and SLOs and configure monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Lead incident response activities and post-mortems.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and Amazon ECS.
- Implement IAM policies, network security groups, security best practices, and compliance audits.
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Go.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Deep working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS, Lambda, and Route 53.
- Proficiency with Terraform and configuration tools such as Ansible.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
- Solid Linux/Unix administration skills and foundational networking knowledge, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPC peering, and load balancers.
- Required skills include ServiceNow Agile Development and ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Required education includes a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Engineering, MBA, or MCA qualification.
- Preferred skills include SRE, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Python.
