Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, test, and support secure and reliable software across web applications, integrations, and databases.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and implement long-term fixes.
- Contribute to platform modernization, architecture improvements, continuous delivery, release activities, automation, and engineering tooling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing and supporting web applications.
- Strong PHP and Laravel development skills.
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
- Front-end experience with JavaScript, Vue.js or a similar framework, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes modernizing legacy applications; knowledge of jQuery, Bootstrap, XML, SOAP, or AJAX; cloud, containerization, and DevOps exposure; payments or regulated-environment experience; and incident management or operational support experience.
