Base Salary
$145k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop application functionality that meets business requirements with high quality and within deadlines.
- Build scalable and extensible applications with emphasis on standardization, modularization, simplicity, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute technical expertise to application requirements and technical design in collaboration with business analysts.
- Contribute to database and data-model design.
- Identify coding patterns and anti-patterns and enforce implementation standards through code reviews.
- Resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, evaluate technologies, and tune performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Experience building user interfaces with Angular.
- Experience with Java 11 or later, Java EE, and core Java libraries.
- Experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and JMS.
- Good knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL.
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as OpenShift is highly preferred.
- Ability to work with Scrum/Agile methodologies and demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
