Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Twilio's platform and industry trends.
- Design multi-product architectures for ISV and HighTech platforms.
- Support SEs with hands-on technical validation and prototyping.
- Lead technical validation for complex deals.
- Document market shifts to influence R&D for ISV features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of presales or solution architecture experience.
- 2+ years of expertise in CPaaS, Voice, or Contact Center solutions.
- Proficiency in designing across multiple channels including Voice, SMS, and AI.
- Ability to build prototypes or Proof of Concepts.
- Strong understanding of ISV and HighTech technical requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
