Responsibilities

Configure and customize Alkami Digital Banking products and third-party integrations according to implementation requirements and client needs.
Independently manage assigned technical implementation tasks, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot configuration, implementation, system behavior, and interface connectivity issues using logs and technical documentation.
Execute implementation test plans, document results, and validate platform performance and configurations.
Coordinate with project managers, client stakeholders, vendors, product, support, engineering, and other customer-facing teams.
Maintain configuration records, technical procedures, issue tracking details, and other project documentation.
Analyze client requirements, identify dependencies, and recommend suitable configuration approaches.
Provide technical support during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
Identify process improvements and contribute to knowledge sharing, team resources, onboarding, and mentoring.
Manage multiple concurrent implementation priorities while balancing timelines, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, technical consulting, systems configuration, or client onboarding.
Experience configuring software platforms or supporting technical implementation projects.
Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and technical issue resolution practices.
Experience with relational databases including Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
Ability to analyze implementation requirements and apply configuration solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently within established processes, and solve problems analytically.
Experience documenting technical procedures, configurations, and implementation activities.
Preferred experience with digital banking, fintech, financial services platforms, APIs, system integrations, data exchange, scripting, project management or ticketing platforms, SaaS implementation methodologies, and client-facing technical projects.
