Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Build secure, responsive external web portals and customize Power Platform solutions with custom development when needed.
- Design Dataverse data models, business rules, forms, views, and security roles.
- Develop workflow automation and integrate solutions with enterprise applications, SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs, Web Services, and other systems.
- Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, or other supported identity providers.
- Prepare technical designs, solution documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Support deployments, production releases, post-production issue resolution, and ongoing application maintenance.
- Estimate development effort, communicate project progress and risks, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and project team members.
- Identify opportunities to optimize applications, automate processes, and improve solution performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Strong expertise in Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Liquid Templates, and Bootstrap.
- Experience integrating applications using SQL Server, Web Services, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or PL-200 are preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple development tasks, and meet project deadlines.
