Responsibilities
- Architect and build production AI agents, including multi-agent and human-in-the-loop workflows, for commerce operations.
- Implement agent orchestration, tool and function calling, planning, state management, and agent-to-agent integrations.
- Design API, event-driven, webhook-based, authentication, rate-limiting, and resilient enterprise integrations.
- Manage the lifecycle of LLM-powered applications using Snowflake Cortex, including model selection, fine-tuning, deployment, versioning, and decommissioning.
- Build agentic workflows with Snowflake Native Apps and Stored Procedures.
- Develop RAG pipelines, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval systems over documents, structured data, and knowledge repositories.
- Monitor LLM drift, hallucination rates, token usage, reliability, and cost, including automated alerts, routing, and retraining workflows.
- Design guardrails, human-in-the-loop gates, prompt and context engineering, and LLM failover mechanisms.
- Own AI/ML CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and progressive rollout across development, staging, and production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional AI teams and stakeholders across time zones to identify opportunities and deliver automated operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with advanced Python and SQL proficiency and production-grade data and AI solutions.
- Deep technical understanding of the Snowflake Data Cloud, including Cortex AI functions and secure data sharing.
- At least 2 years of experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic AI applications in production.
- Hands-on experience with LLM and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or the OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs.
- At least 2 years of practical experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and tool or function calling.
- Experience with CI/CD practices, Git, automated testing, API integrations, systems integration, and enterprise data sources.
- Experience designing or implementing agent-to-agent integrations or multi-agent communication and orchestration.
- Preferred experience with A2A, MCP, OpenAPI-driven tool integration, agent evaluation, observability, vector databases, multimodal retrieval, cloud platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, FinOps, and commerce or supply-chain operations.
- Ability to drive technical delivery and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
