Base Salary
$112k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for BEP MES capabilities and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Develop end-to-end architectures, technical designs, integration patterns, modernization roadmaps, and architecture documentation.
- Translate manufacturing, operational, business, and technical requirements into secure, scalable, supportable solutions.
- Define integration approaches across MES, Oracle E-Business Suite, OCI, Maximo, enterprise applications, data platforms, analytics, AI, and manufacturing IT/OT environments.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple Agile teams and concurrent delivery workstreams.
- Review technical designs, interface specifications, implementation approaches, and engineering artifacts for enterprise-architecture alignment.
- Advise BEP and Peraton leadership on technology selection, integration, reliability, modernization, and operational continuity.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance are required.
- A bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience, an associate degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 12 years is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, systems architecture, software architecture, or a closely related technical discipline is required.
- Experience architecting complex enterprise IT solutions involving application development, systems integration, cloud technologies, databases, and enterprise platforms is required.
- Strong Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience is required.
- Experience with ERP or comparable mission-critical enterprise systems, end-to-end integration architectures, API-based integration, messaging, and data exchange is required.
- Experience leading technical solutioning across multiple Agile teams and developing architecture documentation, technical diagrams, interface specifications, standards, and decision records is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, MES and manufacturing experience, IT/OT integration, SCADA, PLC, IoT, industrial automation, IBM Maximo, enterprise data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, cybersecurity architecture, Zero Trust, identity and access management, cloud certifications, and federal-agency experience.

- Periodic travel or support at the customer’s Fort Worth, Texas location is required.
- Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
