Base Salary
$140k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform architectures, including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, identity, data governance, and activation patterns.
- Lead architecture blueprinting, XDM data modeling, identity resolution, profile stitching, namespaces, computed attributes, and governance frameworks.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for client engagements and translate business requirements into scalable AEP implementations.
- Design and oversee integrations with Web SDK, Mobile SDK, POS, CRM, MDM, ESPs, Snowflake, Data Distiller, API/ETL pipelines, advertising destinations, and personalization engines.
- Establish standards for instrumentation, tagging, identity hygiene, schema governance, profile integrity, data quality, PII, consent, and data minimization.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate architects, consultants, data engineers, analysts, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
- Review technical work, support delivery quality and system performance, and provide roadmap, sequencing, prioritization, and best-practice recommendations.
- Support pre-sales by shaping AEP solutions, estimates, and technical narratives.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise data, MarTech, or digital architecture roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Platform experience, including Real-Time CDP and one or more of Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Data Collection/Web SDK, or Data Distiller and Query Service.
- Strong understanding of identity resolution, profile stitching, enterprise data modeling, and data governance.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and interfacing with client executives.
- Ability to translate complex architectures into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Preferred Adobe certifications such as AEP Architect or RTCDP Technical Practitioner.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, MDM platforms, ETL tools, CDPs, or ESPs is preferred.
- Prior consultancy experience leading multi-client engagements is preferred.
- Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and data governance principles is preferred.
