Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate technical strategy into detailed integration and data conversion solution designs.
- Design, build, and deploy integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and federal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud and web services.
- Own legacy-to-Fusion data conversion, including mapping, loading, validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, and cutover.
- Direct technical developers by assigning work, removing blockers, reviewing deliverables, and enforcing design standards.
- Perform complex SQL, PL/SQL, interface, and data extraction development.
- Provision and administer OCI/PaaS environments, including OIC, ATP, VBCS, APEX, compartments, users, IAM policies, and platform resources.
- Partner with functional leads on technical designs and field-level mappings and identify data model constraints.
- Ensure technical components meet FedRAMP, agency security, and ATO requirements.
- Track workstream progress, risks, and issues and provide technical estimates and status reporting.
- Execute system integration testing, support UAT, run mock conversions, and lead cutover activities.
- Maintain technical designs, interface specifications, conversion plans, and environment architecture documentation.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with additional experience permitted in place of the degree.
- 10+ years architecting and delivering Oracle ERP or Oracle Cloud solutions, including multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Proven accountability for delivering Oracle Cloud implementations to production as a solution architect.
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle Cloud data model and integration, extract, and conversion design.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
- Hands-on Oracle PaaS experience with OIC, ATP, VBCS, and APEX.
- Experience leading data conversion and directing technical development teams.
- Prior U.S. federal program delivery experience, including FedRAMP and federal security requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Oracle Cloud certifications, PMP certification, a related technical master’s degree, Oracle HCM tools experience, federal HR data exchange experience, Oracle EBS Federal HR/Financials experience, Agile certification, federal civilian or DoD program experience, and an active Secret clearance or higher.
