Base Salary

$115k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, standards, design patterns, technology reference models, and transition plans.
  • Engage clients to understand business challenges and design viable, value-added solutions and processes.
  • Connect client mission and business strategies to IT programs, projects, and future-state architectures.
  • Govern architecture adoption, compliance, exceptions, modernization, technical debt, and end-of-life migrations.
  • Lead and manage technology-based consulting engagements and complex solution design, development, and delivery.
  • Champion engineering practices including DevSecOps, automated testing, code quality, and security-by-design.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, with emphasis on AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI.
  • Translate business issues into requirements and technical or process solutions, and help select delivery teams.
  • Develop presentations and support proposal responses, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Support on-contract growth opportunities and coordinate responses to technical architecture questions.

Requirements

  • Master of Arts, Master of Science, or PhD degree from an accredited institution.
  • 15+ years leading solution delivery for U.S. Government customers.
  • Prior experience managing senior technical personnel.
  • Understanding of the U.S. Government marketspace, especially solution development consolidation.
  • Experience managing solution design, development, and delivery for multiple enterprise systems, preferably for the Federal Government.
  • Prior project management experience on enterprise programs is preferred.
  • Prior experience performing the required qualifications on Agile programs is preferred.
  • Public Trust clearance is required to start.
  • Up to 10% travel within the continental United States is required.
