Responsibilities
- Build and lead the global pre-sales organization by hiring, coaching, and retaining Solutions Architects and Field Engineers.
- Establish scalable pre-sales operating processes and create discovery frameworks, reference architectures, TCO and benchmark models, POV playbooks, and RFP response libraries.
- Act as the technical executive partner for strategic enterprise opportunities with 6–18+ month sales cycles and multi-million-dollar ACV/TCV.
- Architect end-to-end solutions spanning compute, networking, storage, and orchestration, including sizing, capacity planning, and TCO comparisons.
- Design and drive POVs and POCs with defined success criteria, performance benchmarks, and commercially actionable results.
- Provide product, capacity, and feature feedback to product management, engineering, and supply planning teams.
- Partner with the NVIDIA field ecosystem on cloud partner programs, reference architectures, and joint pursuits.
- Influence roadmap prioritization, packaging, and go-to-market strategy through field intelligence.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading technical sales in complex B2B environments, ideally involving multi-year committed-capacity or reserved-capacity deals.
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading Solutions Architecture or Field Engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
- Hands-on experience standing up or operating production machine learning workloads, including distributed training and multi-node inference.
- Deep understanding of performance bottlenecks involving interconnects, memory bandwidth, I/O, and cluster scheduling.
- Fluency with NVIDIA Hopper and Blackwell architectures, including H100, H200, GB200 NVL72, and B200, plus DGX, HGX, and MGX reference systems.
- Deep understanding of NVLink, NVSwitch, InfiniBand, Spectrum-X Ethernet, RDMA/RoCE, and DPUs.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes GPU operators and device plugins, KubeVirt, Metal3/Ironic bare-metal provisioning, and Slurm is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with high-throughput parallel and object storage systems for AI pipelines and data-center physical constraints such as power, cooling, and rack density.
- Experience at a NeoCloud, hyperscaler AI organization, or accelerated-hardware vendor is strongly preferred.
