Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, review, and debug secure, high-quality production software.
  • Lead adoption and validation standards for enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding, code review, testing, troubleshooting, and remediation practices.
  • Deliver end-to-end full-stack solutions covering user-facing experiences, backend services and APIs, integrations, data access, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Evaluate vendor, startup, and internal technical solutions and influence architectural decisions.
  • Plan projects, estimate work, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate with web development and design partners.
  • Configure, integrate, develop custom code for, and migrate Adobe AEM and Adobe Cloud solutions supporting marketing campaign creation.
  • Improve application and system operational stability by identifying and automating recurring issue remediation.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 5 years of applied experience.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on Java full-stack development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and practical experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Experience leading technical delivery, reviewing others’ work, influencing design decisions, and driving alignment across teams.
  • Experience with headless content delivery patterns and enterprise content translation integrations.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or Adobe Cloud capabilities, including content and digital asset workflows and integrating CMS-delivered content into applications.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including secure handling of inputs and outputs, data sensitivity, resiliency, and security expectations.
  • Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle and experience with application resiliency and security practices.
  • Preferred: strong experience with Adobe AEM and Adobe Cloud Services.
