Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated identity lifecycle workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes integrated with HR and directory systems.
- Build APIs and microservices that allow Cybersecurity and business teams to consume IAM capabilities autonomously.
- Automate periodic access reviews and generate auditable evidence for CMF and CNBV regulatory requirements.
- Integrate IAM tools with directories, ticketing, communications, and deployment pipelines to eliminate manual processes.
- Build and maintain the privileged access management system, ensuring high-risk access is controlled, monitored, and audited.
- Apply a developer-oriented approach to security support by automating recurring manual requests.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing in Python with a focus on backend systems, RESTful APIs, and process automation.
- Experience with identity and access management, including directories, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and user lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating IAM tools with external systems through APIs and protocols such as SCIM, LDAP, OAuth, or OIDC.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask for building internal services.
- Automation-oriented mindset and interest in applying AI to automation and access-anomaly detection.
- Experience in technology companies or fintech is a plus.
