Sr Software Engineer Backend- Search Ads Core

- Escribir código de alta calidad en Kotlin/JVM, acompañar refactors complejos y participar en code reviews.
- Diseñar y evolucionar APIs robustas y escalables, cuidando la compatibilidad y modularidad entre servicios.
- Trabajar con sistemas distribuidos, comunicación asíncrona, resiliencia y operación en clúster.
- Tomar decisiones técnicas basadas en datos, dashboards de observabilidad y la experiencia colectiva del equipo.
- Evolucionar las estrategias de pruebas automatizadas, CI/CD y monitoreo de modelos de retrieval y ranking.
Requirements
- Sólida experiencia en ingeniería de software sobre JVM y dominio de Kotlin y/o Java.
- Familiaridad con programación asíncrona o concurrente, considerada un diferencial.
- Experiencia comprobable en arquitecturas distribuidas y microservicios.
- Conocimientos de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, y de sistemas de caché distribuida.
- Experiencia con clean code, pruebas automatizadas, code review y CI/CD, con foco en seguridad y calidad.
- Se valoran conocimientos de modelos de generación de embeddings.
