Base Salary
$84k - $121k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery for third-party integrations, API requirements, and technical change requests.
- Assess requirements, platform fit, risks, dependencies, gaps, and appropriate integration approaches.
- Support technical onboarding, configuration, rollout, validation, and ongoing integration ownership.
- Manage access and provisioning workflows for Developer Portal documentation, Ringside, Native Access Control, SDK credentials, and OAuth clients.
- Advise internal teams, clients, and partners on APIs, credentials, platform behavior, and technically complex scenarios.
- Review scripts, workarounds, bespoke scenarios, and technical gaps and provide recommended solutions or sign-off where appropriate.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, blueprints, templates, onboarding notes, and process guides.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Implementations, Data Services, Legal, Support, and client-facing teams.
- Identify opportunities to standardize integrations, technical onboarding, ownership, and repeatable support processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical solutions, implementation, architecture, or integration-focused role.
- At least 5 years of client-facing experience leading meetings, gathering requirements, explaining technical concepts, and representing an organization with external partners.
- Experience with APIs, technical authentication and credentialing workflows, and third-party system integrations.
- Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation, process notes, or implementation guidance.
- Ability to assess requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend solutions for standard and bespoke use cases.
- Experience working remotely across geographically dispersed, cross-functional stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Deep knowledge of ticketing technology and the integration ecosystem supporting live event operations.
- Industry expertise in sports and entertainment businesses.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, collaboration, ownership, and independent decision-making skills.
