Base Salary
$212k - $308k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build trusted strategic relationships with partner executives and partner Solutions Engineers.
- Develop partner strategy through joint business planning and identify technical growth opportunities.
- Provide technical enablement through training, workshops, certification support, and demo or proof-of-concept guidance.
- Coordinate with regional field Solutions Engineers to align deals, share best practices, and maintain consistent architectural direction.
- Advise partners across Cisco’s portfolio from solution design through operationalization and value realization.
- Position Cisco solution value and differentiation for technical and business decision-makers.
- Represent partner feedback within Cisco to influence resources, enablement strategy, and future direction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, design, or solutions roles.
- Broad portfolio experience across Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Data Center Networking, with strong emphasis on Enterprise Networking.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence partner executives and Solutions Engineers.
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Prior partner or channel experience, partner-side Solutions Engineer experience, and understanding of partner business models and managed services are preferred.
- Additional CCIE, CCDE, DevNet, AWS, Google, or Terraform certifications are preferred.
- API, programmability, automation, and competitive product knowledge including HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Arista, and Fortinet are preferred.

- Starting salary range is $212,200.00 to $268,100.00, with location-specific ranges also provided.
