Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions using modern programming frameworks.
- Integrate custom solutions within complex system architectures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage team decisions, timelines, quality standards, and communication.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share software development knowledge and best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot software while resolving problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Familiarity with integrating custom solutions into complex system architectures.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
- Strong problem-solving ability focused on business-oriented solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
