Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple customer deployments from first prototype through stable production.
- Lead discovery, technical scoping, system design, system building, and production rollout.
- Build full-stack systems and contribute directly to production code when needed.
- Embed with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality.
- Create reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks.
- Provide field feedback to Research and Product teams about model performance and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams.
Requirements
- Fluent business-level Korean.
- At least 5 years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
- Ability to write and review production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
- Understanding of how model behavior affects product experience.
- Clear communication with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, identify risks early, and maintain delivery momentum.
