Responsibilities
- Build and set up development tools and infrastructure.
- Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and improve reliability and scalability.
- Manage cloud environments, container orchestration, infrastructure automation, and deployment security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Evaluate and integrate tools and technologies to optimize development workflows.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to team discussions.
- Work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery principles.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Familiarity with security best practices in software deployment and infrastructure management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
