Senior Technical Consultant - R&D

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on Veeva implementations, Vault R&D, Vault Platform, technical design, and SaaS implementation practices
- Lead customer implementations through solution architecture and technical integration design
- Design and implement cloud-based integrations
- Design and provide expertise for custom application development
- Implement Java-based solutions using the Vault Java SDK
- Manage integration and development projects and resources
- Develop internal and external tools for customers and consultants
- Contribute to the professional services knowledge base
- Partner across the organization to deliver technical presentations to current and prospective customers
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise or cloud software integration architecture, design, and development, or document/content management systems
- 7+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience
- 5+ years of development experience with Java, .NET, Python, C#, or C++
- Experience building cloud solutions and SaaS application interfaces using REST APIs
- Proven experience serving as a subject matter expert with senior management and executives
- Experience leading and mentoring team members
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience with SDLC processes and integration design patterns
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Must be located in and legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
- Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences
- Preferred experience with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes
- Preferred project management experience for enterprise software implementations
- Preferred experience with GxP regulations and software validation
- Preferred document or data migration experience
- Preferred Product Manager experience
- Preferred experience with source code control systems
- Preferred experience with AWS tools such as Lambda and EC2
