Responsibilities
- Manage and report on user testing by triaging issues, distinguishing changes from defects, tracking execution progress, and prioritizing essential milestone work.
- Prepare and deliver client training, including product demonstrations and training materials, after learning the application APIs and functionality.
- Define upstream and downstream data integration mappings and product configurations with clients.
- Perform technical data analysis using SQL, BI, and related tools.
- Support conversion strategy, mock conversions, final go-live activities, and issue tracking.
- Compare legacy output with the solution using BDC (BR Data Control), define matching rules, and report reconciliation improvements.
- Complete production-readiness checklists and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders for successful implementation and transition to business as usual.
- Collaborate on conversion delivery and mentor or guide junior team members.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a conversions or implementation consultant delivering SaaS projects for wealth or capital markets organizations.
- Background with asset servicing platforms in wealth management, investment banking, or another financial environment, including corporate actions experience.
- Technical skills in configuration, deployments, data fixes, SQL, and large-dataset analysis for root-cause triage.
- Experience with large-scale projects and a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and governance.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting.
