Responsibilities
- Partner with Solutions Engineers as a technical expert for sales opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical challenges and business goals.
- Design and document solutions for technical and partner integrations.
- Build trust with customers by aligning technological solutions with their goals.
- Assess and mitigate risks that could hinder successful implementation.
- Liaise between implementation teams and sales to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to internal enablement materials and assist in filling information gaps.
Requirements
- Experience in education technology, particularly with Learning Management Systems.
- Deep knowledge and experience with Brightspace is a must.
- Experience in a technical sales, consulting, or client-facing role.
- Familiarity with the enterprise software sales process.
- Ability to understand complex business challenges and apply problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of LMS integration needs and surrounding technology ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills to persuade varied audiences.
- Experience interpreting technical requirements and writing SOWs is an asset.
- Team-oriented and collaborative problem solver.
- Organized with sound time management skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally.
- Background in the teaching and learning industry is an asset.
