Responsibilities
- Provide embedded technical advisory and guide customers’ automation programs from traditional RPA and BPA toward agentic automation.
- Drive UiPath platform adoption and usage by using utilization insights to create engagement plans and support expansion and renewal outcomes.
- Plan platform infrastructure, installations, upgrades, agent orchestration, and AI-enabled automation support.
- Advise customers on AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, intelligent decisioning, and automation use cases across retail, travel, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Balance innovation with governance, security, and production reliability when transforming automation processes.
- Educate technical stakeholders on UiPath platform best practices and conduct selected automation and agentic workflow design and code reviews.
- Perform technical health checks to identify risks and continuous-improvement opportunities across customer programs and environments.
- Coordinate with Product Support and subject-matter experts to resolve escalated support incidents.
- Help customer technical teams design solutions connecting automation, AI, orchestration, and integrations across enterprise systems.
- Stay current on UiPath agentic capabilities, including agent builders, orchestration, and MCP-enabled integrations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Technical Support.
- Programming background, preferably in .NET; experience with C#, C++, VB, Java, Python, or PowerShell is acceptable.
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, vector databases, or GenAI application frameworks.
- Understanding of model hosting, latency, governance, security, and cost management considerations for AI infrastructure.
- Experience with Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, cloud platforms, or security is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, diplomacy, and customer-facing skills; English fluency is required.
- Preferred experience with UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, Integration Service, or other advanced UiPath capabilities.
- Preferred experience serving retail, travel and hospitality, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with source-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, demand planning, order management, warehouse operations, or fleet and logistics workflows is preferred.
- Relevant industry or cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Agility in learning and adopting AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent is preferred.
