Responsibilities
- Engage customers to guide their automation programs and elevate their understanding of achievable outcomes.
- Drive platform adoption and usage, translating trends into engagement plans and expansion opportunities.
- Provide technical assistance for platform infrastructure, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Advise on AI applications relevant to customer use cases in retail, travel, and logistics.
- Guide customers in transforming existing processes into agentic automation while ensuring governance and reliability.
- Educate technical stakeholders on best practices for the UiPath platform.
- Conduct design and code reviews for automations and workflows.
- Perform technical health checks to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with product support to manage escalated support incidents.
- Stay updated on UiPath's evolving capabilities to confidently guide customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Background in programming, preferably in .NET or other languages like C#, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies and the ability to translate these concepts for customers.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure considerations such as governance and security.
- Experience with Windows and Linux server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and IT troubleshooting is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty.
