Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop APIs and microservices for BaaS onboarding and partner integration.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Develop monitoring, alerting, observability dashboards, and systems that meet SLA standards.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
- Create architectural and design documentation and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Refactor and extend the codebase to fix defects and deliver new functionality.
- Build durable, flexible systems that favor configurability over customization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
- Strong work portfolio demonstrating secure and standards-compliant development across multiple platforms.
- Fluency in several listed languages, platforms, or libraries, including C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services including APIM, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Key Vault, plus container technologies and caching frameworks.
- Understanding of API design, OAuth2, OpenAPI specifications, event-driven architecture, and microservice architecture.
- Hands-on experience with observability dashboards and platforms such as Datadog and Grafana.
- Deep knowledge of Git, DevOps, Agile Scrum, security best practices, PCI DSS, and SOC 2.
- Ability to work effectively on fast-paced, mission- and revenue-critical customer-facing applications.
- Prior fintech or embedded finance experience, partner onboarding and SLA familiarity, and open-source or technical publication contributions are preferred.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and meet the approved location requirement.
