Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to implement and adopt the platform.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts.
- Scope technical requirements and design implementation approaches with customers.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues in production and guide customers toward scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to resolve implementation friction.
- Improve documentation, tooling, and internal processes for future implementations.
Requirements
- Require 4 to 5 or more years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as field engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation.
- Require hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving technical integration issues in production environments.
- Require proficiency with modern web application stacks and APIs, including REST, webhooks, or event-driven architectures.
- Require production experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Require experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and data modeling for integrations.
- Require experience scoping technical requirements and designing implementation approaches with customers.
- Require experience documenting technical processes, APIs, or implementation guides for customer-facing audiences.
- Strong domain expertise in KYB, KYC, AML, regulated onboarding, or a closely related compliance area is strongly preferred.
- Former fintech Product Owners or Product Managers who managed internal or external onboarding and KYC flows are also a strong fit.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS is a plus.
- Must communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, operate across cross-functional teams, and work within a European time zone.
