Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications for business and application needs.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements to increase team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and contribute to key project decisions and milestone delivery.
- Analyze business needs, create technical specifications, and troubleshoot software issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Services.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financial Services.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration for complex business requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Experience collaborating in a team environment to deliver software solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and custom application development best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
