Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Kinaxis architectures, configurations, data models, workbooks, dashboards, and planning applications.
- Lead solution workshops and provide functional and technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Integrate Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, and other ERP or enterprise applications.
- Develop and review solution designs, technical specifications, and deployment strategies.
- Perform solution validation, testing, production support, and quality governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
- Support pre-sales demonstrations, solution discussions, and effort estimation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end Kinaxis implementation projects as a Solutions Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Strong understanding of demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, and capacity planning.
- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Strong Kinaxis data modeling and configuration experience.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Kinaxis RapidResponse certification is preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based supply chain planning solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and data integration tools is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven supply chain planning solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
