Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP S/4HANA applications using Object-Oriented ABAP and CDS views.
- Develop complex reports, interfaces, enhancements, BADIs, user exits, Adobe Forms, and workflows.
- Optimize SAP HANA performance through AMDP, CDS views, code remediation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain OData services, APIs, and web services for data access and integration.
- Develop and enhance SAP Fiori and UI5 applications by optimizing OData services and application performance.
- Design and implement Master Data Governance solutions covering data modeling, workflow configuration, BRFplus, and DRF integration.
- Perform debugging, peer reviews, code reviews, technical documentation, and ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in SAP HANA ABAP development, including recent SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, SAP HANA, S/4HANA architecture, CDS views, AMDPs, OData services, MDG, Fiori, and performance tuning.
- Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, or support projects.
- Hands-on experience with RAP ABAP, MDG frameworks, WebDynpro, and FPM.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 troubleshooting, enhancement, and performance optimization.
- Experience with SAP HANA Studio or Eclipse-based ABAP Development Tools.
- Experience designing and implementing Master Data Governance solutions with BRFplus and DRF integration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and with support ticket, defect management, DevOps, and Azure-based tools.
- Manufacturing or engineering industry business-process knowledge is preferred, and German language knowledge is appreciated but not mandatory.
