Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the TrustCore SDK security software for embedded platforms.
- Develop new features from conceptualization through design and implementation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot defects identified during testing.
- Participate in design reviews and create or update detailed design documents.
- Research customer issues and contribute development solutions.
- Estimate task timelines, plan development activities, and meet schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field of computer networking and security from an accredited university, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of industry software development experience.
- Strong C language and multithreaded programming skills.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Awareness of network security protocols including TCP, UDP, SSL, SSH, IPsec, and wireless technologies.
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS, with preferably additional experience on Zephyr, FreeRTOS, or QNX.
- Understanding of secure coding standards.
- Good technical writing, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of PKI infrastructure and experience with cryptography APIs are preferred.
- Experience with Wireshark, Git, JIRA, Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio, and embedded system software development is preferred.
