
Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Program well-designed, testable, efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architectures.
- Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation for requirements and solutions.
- Maintain software functionality and address technical debt.
- Participate in code reviews and integrate software components into fully functional systems.
- Execute full-lifecycle software development while applying security and privacy principles.
- Facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team’s development work.
- Promote engineering best practices, rapid iterations, frequent releases, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely program-level delivery across systems.
- Participate in stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred or equivalent working experience required.
- At least 5 years of full-stack technical experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST development, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including at least 3 years with front-end technologies.
- Experience developing test automation using Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI coding; Test-Driven Development experience preferred.
- Knowledge of RDBMS, Git, CI/CD, and Agile principles or methodologies.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Financial services or fintech experience preferred.
