Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of quality engineering and test automation best practices for ServiceNow environments.
- Design and implement predictive, intelligent, and efficient end-to-end testing approaches.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve their technical skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional testing strategies and align them with project requirements.
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and ServiceNow Testing is required.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ServiceNow environments is required.
- Experience designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines is required.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions is required.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages used in test automation is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
