Responsibilities
- Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives with broad impact.
- Design, build, and deliver custom ServiceNow solutions using engineering best practices.
- Develop ServiceNow tables, integrations, workflows, business rules, and scripts.
- Lead and influence enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy.
- Establish and contribute to companywide engineering standards and best practices.
- Review complex technology solutions against strategic objectives, enterprise environments, and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex issues.
- Translate technical concepts into clear demonstrations and business-facing solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineers.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and critical business initiatives, including occasional non-standard hours.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in any discipline is desired.
- Experience with ServiceNow Build Agent and/or NOW Assist and platform-agnostic tools such as Devin or Claude is desired.
- Advanced experience creating and maintaining ServiceNow Catalog Items is desired.
- At least 1 year of Jira experience is desired.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- At least 1 year of Agile experience is desired.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- Ability to work occasional non-standard hours to support deployments, upgrades, and critical initiatives.
