Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable full-stack solutions across customer-facing applications and backend services.
- Own engineering work from solution design through development, deployment, monitoring, and production operation.
- Use C#, .NET/.NET Core, APIs, React or Angular, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Lead technical discussions and influence solution design and technology decisions.
- Apply DevSecOps principles across build, deployment, monitoring, and production ownership.
- Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and strengthen engineering capability.
- Develop proofs of concept and experiment with emerging technologies.
- Champion continuous improvement, engineering excellence, and customer-focused technology.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C# and .NET, including .NET Core or .NET Framework, REST APIs, MVC, microservices, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Frontend development experience with React or Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience or interest in modern frameworks such as Next.js.
- Experience designing distributed or event-driven systems, including technologies such as Kafka.
- AWS cloud engineering and containerisation experience using Docker.
- CI/CD and DevSecOps experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or Observe.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, influence stakeholders, mentor engineers, and work in an Agile engineering environment.
- Experienced full-stack engineer able to remain hands-on while providing technical leadership.
