Responsibilities
- Own technical go-to-market strategies for POCs and customer implementations.
- Run pre-sales technical deep dives, demos, and architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot integrations across customer environments including IdPs and security tooling.
- Build custom solutions and configurations for enterprise customers.
- Serve as the technical expert during sales cycles, addressing complex questions.
- Manage technical support and customer escalations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with a CS degree from a strong program.
- Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or pre-sales with technical depth.
- Ability to establish credibility with senior engineers and security teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of engaging in technical conversations.
- Desire to combine technical skills with customer-facing work.
