Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design and delivery of SD-WAN management workflows across UI and backend services.
- Build and operate high-performance Java services and APIs for high-volume, concurrent workloads.
- Develop responsive React or Angular frontends for dashboards, configuration interfaces, and other complex workflows.
- Define APIs and system interactions across multiple services or teams.
- Modernize monolithic systems into cloud-ready modular architectures and improve data flows and performance.
- Debug production issues, perform root cause analysis, resolve bottlenecks, and drive system optimization.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Platform teams on customer-focused solutions and engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- 12+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related qualification such as BE, BTech, MS, or MCA, or relevant practical experience.
- Strong Java backend development experience, including services handling high request volume and concurrent workflows.
- Experience building complex frontend applications with Angular or React.
- Experience delivering features spanning multiple services or teams and defining APIs and system interactions.
- Experience tracing production failures across services and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Active use of AI-powered developer tools such as Copilot, Codex, or similar tools.
- Preferred: networking or network management systems experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud-native architectures and public cloud platforms.
- Preferred: understanding of automated testing and modern quality practices.
- Preferred: Python or scripting experience for automation and tooling.
