Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the software-factory roadmap and architecture decisions.
- Embed security into every pipeline stage for seamless delivery.
- Operate the release train and manage the release gate.
- Automate dependency updates and track supply chain health.
- Build self-service capabilities for product teams.
- Engineer infrastructure as code with production rigor.
- Run vulnerability scanning and maintain compliance.
- Mentor engineers and align teams with the roadmap.
Requirements
- 12+ years of production engineering experience with hands-on work.
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipeline platforms at scale.
- Configured security scanning and managed vulnerabilities under deadlines.
- Authored and tested infrastructure-as-code modules.
- Demonstrated ownership of release and dependency management outcomes.
- Fluency in scripting and automation to reduce manual tasks.
