Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features for iPaaS and APIM platforms.
- Own projects from design through deployment in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Build reliable, scalable, and high-performance distributed applications and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Apply cloud-based architectures and deployment technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Debug complex issues and make data-driven technical decisions.
- Mentor and support other engineers and developers.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations in a distributed team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed applications.
- Strong experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience with microservices and cloud-based architectures and design patterns.
- Strong Java experience.
- Substantial experience with SQL Server and MySQL.
- Excellent JavaScript, CSS, and HTML authoring skills.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Node.js, or Go.
- Familiarity with application deployment using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, or CloudFront.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed remote culture.
