Base Salary
$127k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to turn static workflow designs into dynamic, interactive workflows for customers and support agents.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance from concept through delivery and partner with product engineering teams on API development and workflow retrofits.
- Communicate statuses, risks, and issues to business stakeholders and leadership while maintaining high-quality customer output.
- Improve workflow authoring best practices, reusability, maintenance, and delivery efficiency.
- Optimize live workflow solutions to maximize business impact and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Three years of experience coding in one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: three years of experience with databases, data analysis, and scripting using SQL/MySQL.
- Preferred: three years of application or system development experience.
- Preferred: experience with Linux, Unix, or Windows systems.
- Preferred: strong problem-solving, investigative, communication, project management, leadership, stakeholder, and workstream management skills.
