Responsibilities
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable software solutions.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications and platform functionality.
- Automate software deployment using internal deployment platforms and continuous integration or continuous delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests, debug software, and support test-driven development as needed.
- Improve software development and deployment processes, implement approved standards, and maintain application and system documentation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications to minimize downtime and resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects 3 or more years of experience.
- At least 1 year of experience configuring or developing ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain ServiceNow certification.
