Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable custom software components and applications.
- Gather requirements from cross-functional teams and translate them into technical designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while improving system performance and reliability.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and guide junior team members on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience with Workday Core HCM is required.
- Proficiency in Workday US Payroll and Workday Core HCM is required.
- Experience with software development, scalable components, integrations, and modern development frameworks is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- A Workday-related certification is mandatory.
