Base Salary
$209k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage fine-tuning systems for large foundation models, including multi-node orchestration and failure recovery.
- Implement and maintain end-to-end training pipelines for Large Language Models.
- Develop distillation and reinforcement learning pipelines for optimization.
- Oversee dataset, model, and experiment management, ensuring versioning and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of industry experience in the AI space.
- Experience with Generative AI, particularly Large Language Models.
- Hands-on experience with training and fine-tuning LLMs using reinforcement learning techniques.
- Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously.
