Responsibilities
- Establish global CRM architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines.
- Design and implement CRM solutions for clients across planning, analysis, design, building, testing, and maintenance phases.
- Support sales teams in crafting deals and provide accountability for overall estimates.
- Recommend client solutions and define measures of business and operational success.
- Lead and coordinate Avanade delivery teams, including onshore and offshore team members.
- Review project work across the Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test phases.
- Validate CRM system performance and advise clients on CRM standards.
- Prepare clients to use CRM solutions through training programs and updated roles and responsibilities.
- Use AI agents to facilitate and optimize business solutions.
- Maintain professional and business networks through education, industry publications, and professional organizations.
Requirements
- Experience leading projects requiring significant coordination and independent judgment.
- Technical and/or functional leadership experience with D365 Customer Engagement.
- Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions for customers across multiple industries.
- Experience reviewing project work across all phases of Avanade projects.
- Experience designing conceptual architecture and functional and/or technical solutions for large, complex technology projects.
- At least five full-lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience managing or leading both onshore and offshore teams.
- Preferred certifications include MB-230 Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate, and AB-100 Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect.
