Base Salary
$190k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship major platform features end-to-end.
- Lead operational improvements to enhance system robustness.
- Conduct design and code reviews while mentoring team members.
- Collaborate with other teams to align the platform's roadmap with company goals.
- Teach and share knowledge through direct mentorship and communication.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building backend services at scale.
- Fluency in at least one server language, preferably Python or Go.
- Ability to shape shared technical direction and communicate effectively with other teams.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required for FedRAMP compliance.
- Onsite presence required five days per week.
