Base Salary
$180k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions spanning AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Improve systems observability and ensure data reliability and correctness.
- Develop customer empathy to propose system improvements.
- Lead projects from ideation to release.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems.
- Experience shipping customer-facing products or internal tools.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for observability and reliability.
- In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing.
- AWS Cloud experience with foundational services like Kubernetes, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Bonus: Experience with data infrastructure and analytics.
