Base Salary
$284k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build platform and backend systems across recording, integrations, AI agents, and related areas.
- Own key features end to end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, and support.
- Design and build scalable backend services for real-time sales-conversation processing.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.
- Partner with product and design teams to turn customer needs into technical solutions.
- Own system and product health and make data-driven decisions.
- Improve development practices and tooling to support sustainable scaling and velocity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, API frameworks, and cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a first-principles approach to challenges.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability to work in the NYC office at least 3 days per week.
- Collaborative mindset, high standards for quality, strategic thinking, creativity, and willingness to use AI coding tools.
