Base Salary
$168k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to backend development for Intersight SaaS and on-premises appliance products through planning, design, implementation, testing, automation, and cross-team coordination.
- Influence feature development while improving product quality and customer experience.
- Lead and mentor colleagues through technical expertise and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain active understanding of industry practices for platform scaling and emerging technologies.
- Work on Agile teams using continuous development and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, master’s degree plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, networking, security, and CI/CD.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming languages and strong software development fundamentals.
- Preferred experience building or managing cloud-based data platforms, automating and orchestrating infrastructure, and maintaining high availability and reliability at scale.
- Preferred CKA, CKAD, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent cloud or security certifications.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, learn and research new technologies, communicate complex concepts to non-experts, and collaborate across diverse technical teams.
